Data Processing Addendum
Last updated October 6, 2026
When a business uses a Quill Hound product to process personal data about its own customers, staff or contacts, the business is the controller and Quill Hound acts as its processor. Each business product publishes its own Data Processing Addendum (DPA), because the data, security measures and subprocessors differ by product.
Every product DPA covers the same core terms: our role as processor, the scope of processing, security measures, subprocessors, notice of a personal data breach within 72 hours, deletion or return of data at the end of service, audit cooperation, and the Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers where they apply.
